Full-time Pay:
$22-$25/hour, depending on experience, plus overtime About the role Elite Excavating is hiring a skid loader operator to join our crew. You'll be running equipment on residential and commercial sites across the Omaha metro area — site prep, grading, material handling, and everything in between. Whether you've got years behind the controls or you're newer and ready to learn, we want someone who shows up, works hard, and takes pride in a clean job site. What you'll do Operate skid steer loaders for grading, digging, backfilling, and loading materials Move dirt, gravel, rock, and debris around active job sites Work to grade and follow site plans and stakes Load and unload trucks and equipment Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Keep the site clean, organized, and safe Pitch in with general labor and other equipment as needed What we're looking for Experience on a skid steer is a plus, but we'll train the right person Valid driver's license Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle the physical demands of the job A good attitude and willingness to learn What we offer $22-$25/hour based on experience, plus overtime Consistent, year-round work with a local company A crew that does good work and gets along To apply, submit your application or send your resume via email to: colepgriffin@outlook.com
