Land Development / JKS Farms Based near Kearney, NE Full-Time or Part-Time | Local & Regional Work $22-$27 per hour, depending on experience

Land Development / JKS Farms is actively hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator to support our land development projects. We are looking for operators with experience running a variety of heavy equipment who take pride in safe, efficient work and well-maintained machines. What You'll Be Doing Operating heavy equipment such as scrapers, bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and other earthmoving equipment Performing dirt work, grading, trenching, and site preparation Working safely and efficiently alongside other operators and crews Completing daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance Adapting to changing job site conditions and project needs Following all safety procedures and job site requirements Job Details Full-time or part-time opportunities available Job sites primarily within 1 hour of Kearney Occasional statewide travel Lodging and per diem provided when traveling Daytime hours; overtime may be available depending on workload What We're Looking For Experience operating heavy construction or earthmoving equipment Ability to operate multiple machine types preferred Strong safety awareness and respect for equipment Dependable, consistent attendance and reliability are essential Ability to work independently and as part of a crew Willingness to travel short distances for job sites Valid driver's license required CDL a plus, but not required Work Environment & Benefits Respectful, team-oriented work environment Clear expectations and straightforward communication Paid time off (for eligible employees) Paid sick time 401(k) retirement plan with company match for eligible employees Opportunities for growth and increased responsibility based on performance How to Apply Interested?
