Job Description

If you like to operate machinery, please read on. This may be the job post for you. Trenton Agri Products, an area ethanol producer, is looking for a someone to join our team as a machinery operator. In this role, you would be operating a wheel loader to load wet distillers grains and move corn. Throughout the day, the person in this role will also operate skid steers, telehandlers, and other equipment for the movement of materials throughout the facility. About 5% of the day consists of cleaning equipment, greasing equipment, and sweeping up in work areas to maintain a clean work environment. Those who progress through the role would go on to learn about moving rail cars for the loading of ethanol. Requirements for the role No previous experience is required. If you have an aptitude for operation of heavy machinery, we will train you. You must be able to operate a computer and maintain checklists You must be able to read, write, and do basic math (add and subtract numbers) Physically, you must have the agility to climb into and out of machinery, lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, and have sufficient dexterity to operate a computer. All applicants must pass a physical, drug screening, and background check. Working hours Occasional weekend is required Your schedule is generally M-F, but may stagger days during harvest If you have interest in this role, please apply.
