Equipment Operator-Roller-Paving Construction What you can expect:

$29.00/hour or more depending on experience, with a $10.00/hour shift differential
Per Diem and travel time
Annual increase potential
OT after 8
Paid Time Off
$1,000 Referral Bonuses - unlimited What you will do:
Operate a Roller
Run other paving equipment
Perform construction tasks such as shoveling, raking material, assisting truck driver with backing and dumping materials
Work on various construction projects
