Clear parking lots, roadways, entrances, ramps, and other designated service areas based on your assigned equipment. Perform basic equipment inspections before and after snow events. Maintain communication with dispatch and your Site Supervisor. Complete assigned work safely and efficiently while following company procedures. What We're Looking For Previous experience operating snow removal or similar equipment. Equipment experience appropriate to the position you're applying for. Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation to your assigned job site. Smartphone for dispatch communication. Safety-minded, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team. Availability Snow events may occur during the day, overnight, on weekends, or holidays. Team members must be available when dispatched throughout the winter season.
