Job Description
Summary:
Esposito Construction is seeking an Equipment Operator with field experience for various job sites across the state. Candidates must have experience running loaders, dozers, excavators and various other machines. Candidates must also have knowledge of site work, earth moving, and utilities installation. Experience with pipe and/or utility work is a plus. We are seeking someone who is motivated, hands-on, self-starter with a proven track record.Benefits:

Flexible, experience based $25-40DOE Responsibilities:
Operate heavy machinery for excavation, trenching, and backfilling on underground utility and heavy civil projects Dig and prepare trenches for water, sewer, storm, and other pipe installations, including working safely around existing utilities Load, move, and place dirt, gravel, and other materials as needed to support pipe installation and site work Assist in assembling, laying, and connecting pipe systems in trenches according to project specifications Coordinate with subcontractors and crew members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks Stage and manage equipment and materials on-site to keep operations running efficiently Provide input for daily and weekly reports, including progress, material usage, and equipment operation Follow strict safety protocols, maintain trench safety, and contribute to a culture of safety awareness on every jobQualifications:
