The role involves safely transporting various construction equipment and small vehicles using a rollback tow truck. They respond to scheduled and unscheduled pick-ups, inspect assigned vehicles and equipment, secure equipment/vehicles properly on the bed, navigate various traffic conditions, and complete necessary paperwork. Advanced backing skills and a strong commitment to safety are essential. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Operate vehicles in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and all local, state, and federal regulations. Safely load, transport, and unload equipment/vehicles to required locations. Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and document results using standard DVIR forms. Immediately report unsafe conditions, mechanical issues, incidents, accidents, injuries, or property damage to management. Communicate effectively with managers and other team members. Identify and report equipment/vehicles requiring repair. Follow assigned schedules as directed by management or dispatch. Assist other drivers as needed to meet operational demands. Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies. Perform other duties as assigned. Schedule Monday through Friday Weekends as needed Experience Proven experience as a Rollback Driver or similar role. Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery. Applicants must be able to perform truck pre and post inspection, load and unload equipment, and take company representative on road trip at time of interview.
