CDL A drivers license The Opportunity You will serve as a lead heavy equipment operator, executing precision earthmoving and site grading for dynamic construction projects. Working with a supportive, family-owned business, you will enjoy top-tier pay and hands-off operational trust. Your expertise with heavy machinery will set the foundational groundwork for company-wide success. How You Will Make an Impact Operate a bulldozer with high precision to execute subgrading and final grading across project sites. Read and interpret detailed grading plans to ensure all site dimensions align with specifications. Set up and shoot site grades accurately using laser level equipment. Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance to maintain optimal job site safety. Assist field operations with septic system installation and water/sewer utility work as needed. Collaborate closely with site teams to deliver finished site prep on schedule and within parameters. Required Qualifications & Experience Valid CDL A drivers license. Extensive, hands-on experience operating a bulldozer. Proven capability to perform subgrading and final grading on active job sites. Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and execute site grading plans. Technical skill in shooting grades using laser equipment. Preferred Qualifications & Experience 10 years of related heavy equipment operation experience. Prior experience with septic systems and water/sewer utility earthwork.
