This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, utilizing heavy equipment to bring complex infrastructure visions to life. The ideal candidate will be passionate about safety, precision, and efficiency, playing a vital part in delivering high-quality results while maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Duties Operate excavators and other heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, dump trucks, and tankers to perform excavation, grading, trenching, and site preparation tasks Assist with electrical installations by accurately digging trenches and positioning electrical conduits according to project specifications Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance Collaborate with the construction team to execute site plans efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Support horizontal drilling operations and paving activities as needed for project completion Maintain detailed records of daily operations, equipment usage, and safety checks Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and troubleshoot issues promptly Qualifications Proven experience operating excavators in a construction environment with electrical work exposure preferred Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment including Caterpillar machinery and attachments such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, water trucks, dump trucks, and tankers Valid commercial driver's license with clean driving record for operating various trucks on-site Familiarity with construction site safety standards and procedures Ability to perform physically demanding tasks while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of horizontal drilling techniques and paving processes is a plus Experience working on complex projects involving electrical infrastructure installation is highly desirable Join us in building the future!
