Position Summary We are seeking a Full-Time Occupational Therapist to provide home health therapy services in Las Cruces and surrounding areas. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work directly with patients to improve independence and daily function. Responsibilities Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapy to improve activities of daily living and mobility Supervise COTAs and support care coordination Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Complete timely and accurate documentation Qualifications Licensed Occupational Therapist in New Mexico Minimum of 1 year of experience Home Health experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and case management skills Ability to manage a flexible caseload and work independently Why Join Us Work with a team that values the care you provide and the impact you make every day.
