Job Description

We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Heavy Equipment Operators. If you enjoy physical work, operating machinery, and being part of a dynamic team, this could be the opportunity for you. Heavy Equipment Operator Responsibilities:
Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and cranes. Safely maneuver and control equipment to perform tasks efficiently and accurately. Excavate, backfill, grade, and compact earth and other materials. Load, unload, and move materials using the equipment. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Follow project plans, specifications, and instructions from supervisors. Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations when operating heavy equipment. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Requirements for General Laborer and Heavy Equipment Operator positions: Previous experience in general labor or heavy equipment operation preferred. Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for heavy equipment operators). Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of safety protocols and ability to follow them.
