We're looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team, and we hope that might be you! We're a family-owned company, and we're proud to offer competitive hourly rates, weekly payroll, and fantastic benefits such as company-paid medical and dental for employees after a probationary period. This is a full-time position, so you'll get to enjoy all the benefits that come with being a full-time team member. We're specifically looking for skilled operators who have experience with dirt-work and operating any of the following equipment (but not limited to):
  • 637/657, 631/651 Scrapers (Push-Pull experience preferred)
  • D6/D8/D9/D10/D11/Dozers (Rough and Finish Grade)

Requirements:
3+ years of heavy equipment experience (required) Must have reliable transportation / willing to relocate at your own expense OSHA 10 Construction Safety and Health Able to pass a drug test & background screening Authorized to work in the U.S.
Can withstand extreme conditions:
excessive heat, wind, cold, continuous noise for extended shifts Works well under pressure, in a fast-paced working environment Other duties as assigned by Management Responsibilities Operate scrapers, dozers, graders, water trucks, and haul trucks efficiently and safely. Perform heavy equipment operations in a construction setting, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines, including OSHA 10 standards. Work with equipment to complete tasks effectively and accurately.
