Job Description
The role Operate loaders, excavators, and skid steers for commercial snow and ice operations. Experience is preferred, and training is available for the right applicant. What you bring Experience operating relevant equipment is preferred; training is available for the right applicant. Able to work safely outdoors in winter conditions, including overnight and early-morning shifts. Reliable cell phone required for necessary snow-operation apps and communication. Able to meet role requirements for employment on-boarding. What Bison offers W-2 seasonal employment with competitive hourly pay. Overtime opportunities, and a performance-based snow bonus. Paid training : Including a company-wide Winter Kickoff Training Event in early November.
