Job Description
LG Evans Construction is looking for a experienced equipment operators. To be considered for this position, you must have at least 2 years on the job experience operating excavators, loaders, skid steers, and bulldozers. For certain position levels, you must have prior knowledge of GPS, Cut to Fill, and Fine Grade. You may not be considered if you do not have this knowledge. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders on construction sites to perform earthmoving tasks. GPS, Cut to Fill, Fine Grade, etc. knowledge Required Ensure the safe and efficient operation of machinery while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues. Mentor junior operators and assist in training new team members. Maintain a valid driver's license and operate commercial vehicles as needed. Collaborate with site supervisors to ensure project timelines are met. 2
