We seek an experienced CDL Class A or B licensed driver for dump truck operations in support of our environmental remediation projects and facilities located throughout western and central New York. Heavy equipment experience is preferred. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits and competitive compensation. Build your career as we help rebuild Western New York! Position Requirements Valid and clean driver's license. CDL Class A or B license required. Preferred 2 years of dump truck driving experience. Experience running heavy equipment such as excavator backhoe, loader, grader, scraper, bulldozer, skid steer, tractor, and other pieces of heavy equipment. Ability to work with minimal or no supervision. Self-motivated and a self-starter after basic training. High School or Associates technical degree. Communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Basic computer skills and proficiency with basic Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel). Essential Duties Drive/Operate a dump truck in support of environmental remediation projects and facilities located throughout western and central New York. Model and promote good safety practices. Attentive to health & safety regulations, company/jobsite requirements and project details, schedule and budget. Be available to work weekends and overtime occasionally as needed. Work cooperatively with others.

Work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy loads and perform manual labor as required. Hourly Salary Range:
$28 - $32. This range is based on what Roux in good faith believes it might pay at the time of posting for this position and for this geographic location. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as relevant work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications, skill sets, and internal equity.
