MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AS SHOWN ON JOB DESCRIPTION QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

One (1) year of full-time paid experience, or its part-time equivalent, in the operation of motor equipment.

SUBSTITUTION - EXPERIENCE

Possession of vocational or technical certification, or higher, in, Heavy Equipment Operation or Diesel Technology/Power Mechanics may substitute for the one (1) year of paid experience.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENT AT TIME OF APPLICATION

Possession of valid Class B New York State Commercial Driver's License with no restrictions at the time of application, and maintenance of such license throughout the tenure of employment in the position.
