Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Excavator and Payloader Operator to join our team. This is a full-time position responsible for operating heavy equipment, processing and screening materials, grinding materials, and loading trucks. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, operates equipment safely and efficiently, and understands the importance of maintaining and care for heavy machinery. Duties Operate excavators, loaders, backhoes, and water trucks with precision to perform excavation, grading, and utility installation tasks. Conduct routine maintenance checks on construction machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Qualifications Proven experience operating heavy machinery including excavators, loaders (payloader), backhoes, and water trucks on construction sites. Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and minor repairs of construction equipment. Valid driver's license Ability to perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure safety and efficiency. Familiarity with John Deere equipment or similar brands is a plus.
