What You'll Be Doing Safely operate excavators to support aggregate production, material handling, and site operations. Inspect equipment daily and report mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly. Load, move, and stockpile materials efficiently while maintaining production goals. Follow company safety policies, operational procedures, and environmental standards. Collaborate with team members to support plant, quarry, and site performance objectives. What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment, including excavators, in an industrial environment. Strong commitment to workplace safety and safe operating practices. Ability to perform equipment inspections and identify maintenance needs. Effective communication and teamwork skills to support operational goals. Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
