Job Description
. Bison Services is hiring dependable Sidewalk Crew Members across our service areas Help keep sidewalks, entryways, and commercial properties safe this winter. The role Support commercial properties with sidewalk snow-removal work, including shoveling and company-provided sidewalk equipment. No drivers license is required. Bison supplies high-visibility and safety gear. What you bring Able to shovel and work outdoors in winter conditions, including overnight and early-morning shifts. Appropriate winter footwear required; Bison provides high-visibility and safety gear. A drivers license is not required. Able to meet role requirements for employment on-boarding. What Bison offers W-2 seasonal employment with competitive hourly pay, overtime opportunities, and a performance-based snow bonus. Paid training, including a company-wide Winter Kickoff Training Event in early November. Top-tier equipment, among the best in the area, plus company attire and training opportunities. On-scene Account Manager support focused on quality and safety, plus paid breaks on longer shifts. Optional out-of-state emergency-response assignments for qualified team members, with bonuses and company-covered lodging, meals, and travel expenses. Reliable and available team members receive priority for hours. For major weather events, Bison aims to give up to three days notice when forecasts allow; final call-in details develop with conditions.
