Position Summary:

Operators will be responsible for operating a variety of equipment including back hoes, excavators, loaders and skid steers to support our civil construction projects.

Responsibilities:

This position would have potential weekly travel within New York State. Operate various types of construction equipment safely and proficiently. Perform routine inspection and maintenance on equipment and tools. Perform carpentry and laborer tasks as required Report directly to job site on a daily basis.

Requirements:

Must be able to demonstrate skills in the safe operation and daily preventative maintenance of backhoes, excavators, loaders, and skid steers. Have no lifting or physical restrictions. Communicate effectively and respectfully with the public and Clients. Work outdoors year-round in all types of weather Demonstrate safe and proper use and maintenance of all company tools and equipment.

Compensation :

$25 to $35 per hour depending on experience

Working Conditions and Physical Effort:

Work involves almost constant exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and/or loud noises. Considerable physical activity.
