The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently clearing snow from roads, parking lots, and other designated areas to ensure safe access during winter weather conditions. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate snow removal equipment effectively. Responsibilities Operate snow plow trucks, loaders and other snow removal equipment to clear snow and ice from designated areas. Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to changing weather patterns. Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding operational status and any issues encountered. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries.
Sidewalk crew member:
snow machinery provided, service major commercial accounts in need of professional snow plow service and must be able to work flexible hours and be reliable on an on-call basis, day or night. Skills Proficient in operating heavy machinery and snow removal equipment. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of safety regulations related to snow removal operations. Ability to adapt to changing weather conditions and work long hours during winter storms.
