Tractor Snow Blower Operator Position Overview Ryan-James Landscape Management is seeking a reliable and experienced Tractor Snow Blower Operator for the upcoming winter season. This position involves operating a John Deere 5100 tractor with an inverted snowblower to clear residential driveways and small parking lots. Responsibilities Safely and efficiently operate a John Deere 5100 tractor with an inverted snowblower. Clear residential properties and small parking lots in a timely manner. Follow designated routes on the East Side / University neighborhood of Syracuse. Maintain equipment during shifts and report any issues promptly. Work independently in winter weather conditions, including nights and early mornings. Requirements Previous experience operating tractors or heavy equipment. Ability to work safely and efficiently under time-sensitive conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Reliable transportation to and from the job site. Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Seasonal position with potential for returning seasonal work.
