Job Description
Position Summary The Heavy Equipment Operator/Laborer is responsible for operating heavy equipment and performing general labor activities in support of Bass Environmental's environmental solutions, waste treatment operations, waste processing, beneficial reuse activities, industrial services, and facility operations. This position requires a strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and operational excellence while supporting customer and facility needs. Essential Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently, including excavators, loaders, skid steers, forklifts, and other assigned equipment. Perform general labor duties supporting environmental solutions, wastewater treatment, waste processing, industrial cleaning, and facility operations. Load, unload, transfer, and stage materials while maintaining clean and organized work areas. Conduct equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. Follow all OSHA, EPA, DOT, company safety policies, and environmental compliance requirements. Work effectively with team members, supervisors, customers, and contractors. Other duties as required
