NOW HIRING - TOWING & RECOVERY OPERATORS
Location:
Burbank, Ohio Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available Join a Trusted Local Leader! Bear's Towing & Recovery is actively hiring Light, Medium, and Heavy-Duty Towing Operators, Specialized Transport division, and Tractor Trailer Operators to support our growing demand. We are seeking reliable, motivated individuals looking to build their skills and grow their careers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Towing Operators are responsible for safely and efficiently transporting disabled, damaged, or improperly parked vehicles using specialized equipment.
Responsibilities include:
Responding promptly to service calls Assessing situations and securing vehicles for transport Operating equipment in compliance with safety standards Providing professional customer service Communicating effectively with dispatch and customers Completing required documentation accurately Working in various weather, roadside, and emergency conditions
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Class A CDL required for Heavy-Duty roles (manual transmission is a plus) Clean driving record (MVR) and insurable Ability to pass background check and drug screening Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks Strong communication and teamwork skills
EXPERIENCE
Heavy towing & recovery experience preferred Willing to train motivated candidates
