Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber Technician to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure water systems operate smoothly, adhering to local building codes and safety standards. Duties Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings Operate hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading equipment, and welding equipment safely and efficiently Perform drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to clear blockages and prevent backups Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately execute plumbing installations and repairs Conduct plumbing inspections to identify issues early and recommend appropriate solutions Utilize construction experience to assist with remodeling projects or construction site tasks involving plumbing systems Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices Qualifications Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and repair Skilled in pipe threading, drain cleaning, and the use of hand tools and power tools Welding is a plus Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems as well as construction site experience Strong understanding of local building codes related to plumbing installations Experience operating company vehicles safely for job site travel Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude Capable of heavy lifting, working at heights or confined spaces as needed Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks Handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus Join us in delivering top-tier plumbing solutions!
