+ Concrete , we pride ourselves on high-quality results and a strong work ethic. We are seeking a dependable, experienced Asphalt Roller Operator who is ready to work hard and get the job done right. Key Responsibilities Expertly operate breakdown, intermediate, and finish rollers to achieve required soil or asphalt compaction and smoothness. Monitor the mat for imperfections, ensuring the final product is level, seamless, and free of roller marks. Perform daily pre-trip inspections and basic maintenance on the roller to ensure safe and efficient operation. Work closely with the Paver Operator and ground crew to maintain the proper rolling pattern and pace. Perform other duties as required, including manual labor, raking, or assisting with site cleanup to ensure the project is completed to our high standards. Requirements Proven experience operating asphalt rollers in a paving environment is required. Understanding of compaction techniques and how temperature affects asphalt density. Must be dependable, punctual, and have a "work until the job is done" attitude. Willingness to work daily, including overtime and occasional weekends. Join the Team At Quality Blacktopping
