Cincinnati, OH Caldwell Environmental Deep Roots. Clean Future. We are looking for an experienced, dependable Equipment Operator to support daily operations at our facility. This is a hands-on position focused on safely operating heavy equipment, receiving and processing non-hazardous materials, and maintaining an organized and efficient work environment. Front-end loader experience is a key component of this position and is strongly preferred.

SCHEDULE

Full-Time Monday - Friday Day Shift Additional hours may be required based on operational needs

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely operate a front-end loader as a primary responsibility of the position Operate skid steers and forklifts Unload and receive incoming customer trucks Reconcile incoming drums, totes, and bulk loads with manifests and shipping documentation Receive and process non-hazardous waste materials Receive and handle absorbent materials Mix materials according to required specifications Prepare and load outbound waste and materials Maintain accurate organization of incoming and outgoing materials Perform general facility housekeeping and upkeep Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Conduct basic equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns Follow all company safety procedures, environmental requirements, and facility operating practices Assist with additional facility and operational duties as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous front-end loader experience strongly preferred Experience operating skid steers, forklifts, or other heavy equipment preferred Experience working in an industrial, waste, environmental, construction, or similar setting is a plus Ability to accurately review manifests and material documentation Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work in a hands-on industrial environment CDL is highly preferred and a major plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday Ability to safely work around trucks, heavy equipment, drums, totes, and bulk materials Ability to wear required PPE and follow all facility safety requirements
