BM Transportation & Towing LLC is looking for a dependable Full-Time Heavy-Duty Tow Truck Operator to join our growing team. Serving the Columbus area since 2008 , BM Towing has built a reputation for reliable towing and recovery services. We take pride in our equipment, our service, and having professional drivers who represent our company well. A valid Class A CDL and a minimum of 2 years of CDL-A driving experience are required. Heavy-duty towing and recovery experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right experienced CDL-A driver. Responsibilities Operate heavy-duty tow trucks and recovery equipment Safely load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles and equipment Respond to towing, recovery, and roadside service calls Assist with accident response and vehicle recovery Perform roadside services as needed Communicate with Dispatch throughout each call Complete required paperwork and electronic documentation Maintain assigned truck and equipment Provide professional customer service Follow company safety procedures and applicable
