Towing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Operate a light-duty tow truck safely Respond to towing and roadside service calls Safely load, secure, and transport vehicles Perform jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, and basic roadside assistance Complete required paperwork and electronic documentation Communicate with Dispatch and customers Maintain assigned truck and equipment Follow company safety procedures Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Valid driver's license with a safe/acceptable driving record 21+ years old Towing or vehicle transportation experience preferred Manual-transmission experience preferred, but not required Must pass a driving skills test and required background screening Must pass a drug test in accordance with company policy Dependable with good attendance Professional attitude and strong work ethic Good communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and repeatedly enter/exit vehicles Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Apply today and start your career with BM Transportation & Towing LLC!
