About the Role We're hiring an Aggregate Operator to support daily quarry operations through the safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of equipment while developing valuable skills in aggregate production and site operations. What You'll Do Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, long-reach excavators, loaders, haul trucks, and skid steers Support daily production and site operations across aggregate facilities Perform routine equipment maintenance, including greasing, fueling, cleaning, and inspections Complete equipment inspection and maintenance reports Follow safety procedures and MSHA regulations at all times Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Work closely with team members to support efficient site operations Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and up to 100 pounds with assistance Ability to safely access and navigate the facility, including climbing and descending ladders Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to work outside normal business hours as operational needs require What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Strong mechanical aptitude preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment Previous heavy equipment experience preferred Experience operating loaders, excavators, dozers, skid steers, or haul trucks is a plus What We Offer Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) investment program with employer match Employer-paid life insurance Employer-paid short-term and long-term disability Paid Time Off (PTO) Holiday pay Employer-paid Employee Assistance Program If you're ready to operate heavy equipment, build valuable skills, and be part of a company that values safety, teamwork, and growth, we encourage you to apply!
