Perrysburg, OH Job Details Full-time $25.56 - $35.00 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Job Overview ECS Pro Services is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman / Crew Leader to help build one of Northwest Ohio's premier landscape installation companies. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, leads by example, and wants to grow with a company from the ground up. We are looking for a dependable leader with experience installing trees, shrubs, sod, drainage systems, landscape beds, and other landscape improvements. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-minded, customer-focused, and capable of leading a crew while working alongside them in the field. Responsibilities Lead and work alongside a landscape installation crew on residential and commercial projects. Install trees, shrubs, sod, mulch, decorative stone, drainage systems, edging, and landscape beds. Operate skid steers, mini excavators, sod cutters, stand-on mowers, dump trailers, and other landscape equipment safely and efficiently. Read landscape plans and ensure projects are completed accurately, safely, and on schedule. Train, motivate, and develop crew members while maintaining a positive work environment. Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and management. Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance of company vehicles, trailers, and equipment. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites. Uphold ECS Pro Services' standards for quality, professionalism, safety, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications 5+ years of landscape installation experience preferred. Previous experience leading a landscape crew. Experience planting trees and shrubs, installing sod, grading, drainage, and landscape construction. Experience operating skid steers, mini excavators, sod cutters, and other landscape equipment. Ability to read landscape plans is preferred. Valid driver's license required. CDL is a plus. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic, reliability, attention to detail, and positive attitude. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
