As a Seasonal Snow Removal Equipment Operator and Driver, you will play a vital role in ensuring that roads, driveways, and parking lots remain clear and safe for all. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, have experience with machinery, and take pride in contributing to public safety during challenging weather conditions. Responsibilities Operate snow removal equipment, including plows, blowers, and salt spreaders, to clear snow and ice from designated areas. Drive snow removal vehicles to assigned locations for timely and efficient service. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safe and effective operation. Communicate with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and report any issues encountered during operations. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures while working in varying weather conditions. Qualifications Experience operating snow removal equipment or similar machinery. Valid driver's license. Ability to work outdoors in cold and harsh weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Drug testing necessary Ability to report to job sites during Offered compensation: $40/hr - $50/hr Experience and License Requirements Able to be on Call for Storms 24/7 Equipment Operation Loader Operator Reliable Transportation Snow Removal (optional) Valid Driver's License
