Job Description
Overview Oversee daily site operations and coordinate construction crews to ensure projects are completed on time and according to plans and specifications. Duties Supervise daily construction site operations, ensuring work progresses according to project plans and schedules Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project timelines Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to guide onsite activities Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements Monitor crew productivity and address onsite issues as they arise Operation of skidsteer, dozer and backhoe a plus Experience Previous supervisory experience in construction projects preferred Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Communication and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline Heavy equipment operation Benifits Profit sharing Year end bonus
