In this vital role, you will oversee the operation of industrial dryers and reactors, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and efficiency. Your expertise will help maintain smooth production flows, and operate heavy equipment with precision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to environmentally responsible operations while honing your technical skills in a fast-paced industrial environment. Responsibilities Monitor and control the operation of dryers and reactors to ensure consistent product quality and process stability. Conduct routine inspections of equipment, pipelines, and systems to identify maintenance needs or potential issues. Operate forklifts necessary for material handling. Assist with mechanical troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. Follow safety protocols diligently, including proper handling of hazardous materials and heavy lifting procedures. Document operational data accurately, including process parameters, maintenance activities, and safety checks. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and perform heavy lifting when required. Understanding of safety standards related to industrial processing and environmental regulations. Excellent attention to detail combined with proactive problem-solving skills.
