Operate medium to heavy-duty wreckers for towing semi-trucks and trailer. Perform accident recovery, rollovers, winch outs, and abandoned vehicle recovery Respond to emergency road service calls in a safe and timely manner Communicate with dispatch to provide accurate updates and ETA's Complete detailed paperwork and reports for each service call Inspect and maintain trucks, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness Provide exceptional customer service in high-pressure situations

What You Bring:
