Job Summary:
Operates material handler (grapple/magnet) and front-end loaders (>9 tons), and forklift to assist unloading customers and load trailers to prepare for transport of scrap materials. Inspects incoming material and grades accordingly.Primary Responsibilities:
Adhere to all SMM safety policies. Load and unload customer's trucks/vehicles. Performs routine maintenance on loader such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning. Completes inspection report prior to using equipment. Perform and maintain general housekeeping. Provides a safe environment for all employees, customers, and visitors. Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:

Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, procedures, correspondence, and memos. Ability to speak and understand English.
