The ideal candidate has experience operating equipment in an industrial, construction, recycling, or similar environment and is committed to working safely while maintaining productivity. Responsibilities Operate forklifts, wheel loaders, dozers, and excavators safely and efficiently. Move, sort, and process recyclable materials throughout the facility. Load and unload trucks and feed material into processing equipment. Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines. Assist with other plant operations as needed. Work occasional overtime when production demands require it. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment, including: Forklifts Dozers Wheel Loaders Excavators Previous experience in recycling, construction, demolition, landscaping, or industrial operations is preferred. Ability to work in an outdoor environment in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to safety and teamwork. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
