We are a full-service heavy civil contracting company located in Redmond, Oregon that specializes in site work, grading, utilities, infrastructure, demolition, mass excavation, waterways, project management, and design builds. Heavy Equipment Operator will be the first and primary line of communication between the Company and the personnel on the job. We are looking for another individual that can operate excavators, dozers, backhoes, skid steers, and track loaders. Foreseeable projects include excavation, large slab preps, utility trenching and install, road work, and agricultural excavation. This position will also be expected to interface with the Client ensuring their concerns are communicated to appropriate company personnel. Consistent with Company core values which are: Integrity

We will become stronger in the process and our clients and communities will be better served. Responsibilities & Duties 1. Trenching and grading with the appropriate equipment 2. Review, understand, and delegate from construction design 3. Ability to fill out daily work reports, timecards, and maintenance requests 4. Maintain equipment and operating standards 5. Knowledge of machine GPS technology preferred to ensure compliance with safety requirements on the job site 6. Daily collaboration with Company management prior to daily crew meetings (6:30 am) to discuss personnel, vendors, materials, tools and equipment Requirements 1. Self-starter 2. Strong communication skills 3. Experienced on a skip loader 4. Minimum 3 years on blade 5. 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment 6. Able/willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions 7. Must poses a Driver's license with clean driving history 8. Strong scheduling and organizational skills 9. Ability to read and decipher plans, specs, and codes 10. Working knowledge of GPS technology A pre-employment drug test, motor vehicle record, and background check will be required. Benefits Package
