We have an immediate need for a skilled Equipment Operator with GPS experience who can perform sitework including excavation, grading, utility installation, and demolition on residential and small commercial job sites located in a 75 mile radius of Reading, PA.

Responsibilities:

Install storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water lines, and septic systems Complete foundation, footer, and basement excavations Perform cut/fill operations, building pad grading, and fine grading Spread and grade stone and topsoil Read blueprints and set/check grades Operate site lasers, pipe lasers, and grading equipment Perform daily equipment inspections and minor maintenance Communicate project progress and scheduling needs with supervisors Assist with labor duties when needed

Qualifications:

Experience operating excavators, backhoes, and/or track loaders Ability to work independently and as part of a crew Strong understanding of sitework, grading, and utility construction Ability to grade to tight tolerances Blueprint reading and layout experience preferred Strong commitment to safety, quality, and productivity Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented CDL a plus but not required
