The applicant needs to be able to lift 40 pounds and be able to get up and down without discomfort. The applicant should be able to follow directions, observe children for assessment and help with cleaning the classroom. We have retained our staff, and all teachers have been here from 2 years to 10 years. If not trained in First-aid and pediatric CPR, would be willing to take the class as soon as they were offered?
