As part of the Snow Removal Crew, youll play a vital role in keeping walkways, parking lots, and driveways safe and accessible during winter storms. Whether youre seeking steady seasonal income or looking to become a key member of a reliable storm-response team, this is an opportunity to work with a supportive crew that values hard work and dependability. No prior experience is required for entry-level roles, and training is provided. Responsibilities Hand-clear snow from walkways, steps, building entries, and areas inaccessible to equipment Apply ice-melt and salt to maintain safe surfaces for pedestrians and vehicles Operate plow trucks or skid-steers to clear snow from commercial lots, driveways, and roadways (for qualified operators) Respond promptly to snow events, including early mornings, nights, and weekends as needed Work collaboratively with team members to ensure thorough and efficient snow removal Qualifications Reliable and punctual, with the ability to respond quickly when a storm hits Comfortable working outdoors in cold and snowy conditions Physically able to lift and shovel snow repeatedly during a shift Positive attitude and strong work ethic Valid driver's license required for equipment operators Experience operating plow trucks or heavy equipment required for operator roles; entry-level positions require no prior experience Benefits Competitive hourly pay Premium pay for experienced snow operators Flexible, on-call schedulingideal for supplemental or seasonal income Weekly pay with direct deposit available Consistent work opportunities throughout the winter season Opportunities for advancement into lead roles for reliable team members Supportive team environment with a company that values its crew Offered compensation: $25/hr - $50/hr
