Overview We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating front end loaders and will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe movement of materials at our facility. Responsibilities Operate equipment : Drive a loader to move materials, such as raw materials, finished products, or aggregate materials Perform maintenance : Lubricate, fuel, and clean the loader, and perform daily and preventative maintenance Ensure safety : Follow safety protocols, promote safety culture, and report any safety concerns Load and unload materials : Load and unload trucks, railcars, and hoppers Inspect equipment : Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and check fluid levels Maintain quality : Ensure the quality and quantity of materials meet standards Follow regulations : Follow state, federal, and local regulations and requirements

Communicate :

Communicate with other team members and customers Track inventory : Track incoming and outgoing deliveries, and organize the supply yard Skills Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety and efficiency. Excellent teamwork skills, with a commitment to contributing positively to the overall success of our plant.

Qualifications:

Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions Ability to understand machine limitations Experience operating heavy equipment Ability to perform manual labor. Must be a team player.

Hours:

Monday-Friday 2:00PM to 10:30PM or 10:00PM to 6:30
