Job Description
Job Details:
- Work schedule is a minimum of 40 hours a week.
- Monday - Thursday, 10 hour days Fridays are overtime.
- Applicants must be available to work overtime and rain make-up days.
- Ability to stay out of town overnight may be required on occasional basis Construction company has an opening for an experienced and energetic Heavy Highway Operator .
- Must have an acceptable safety record and be committed to working safely Overtime as required 3 Years minimum of full-time Heavy Equipment Operating Experience Must follow the company's drug and alcohol testing requirements Wears and maintains personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by Company safety guidelines Regularly required to lift and /or move up to 50 pounds with or without assistance, use hands to move and manipulate objects, and communicate (talk and hear) Frequently required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Standing/working on feet for long periods, and walking across uneven terrain Regularly exposed to all outdoor weather conditions, dust, and airborne particles, loud noise, fuel, oil, and other chemicals Benefits and Perks Competitive Pay "Mostly HH Wage" Health Insurance Paid Vacation Holiday Pay Retirement w/ company match up to 3% Per Diem paid for travel and lodging if project location is more than 100 Miles from home office
