Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Portable Crushing Operator to join our dynamic construction and manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating portable crushing equipment to efficiently process raw materials on-site. Your expertise will help ensure smooth operations, maintain safety standards, and deliver high-quality aggregate products. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment while contributing to large-scale infrastructure projects. Duties Operate portable crushing machinery safely and efficiently, ensuring optimal production levels. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on crushing equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs. Assist with loading and unloading materials using heavy equipment such as loaders and forklifts. Maintain accurate records of production data, equipment logs, and safety inspections. Follow all safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation, power tool use, and outdoor work environments. Maintain portable crushing and screening equipment. Requirements Proven experience in construction, manufacturing, or related industries with a focus on heavy equipment operation. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot machinery issues quickly. Experience operating loaders or other heavy machinery. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, welding techniques, and basic fabrication processes. Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments; adherence to safety protocols is mandatory.
