Job Summary We are seeking a Loader Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating loaders to efficiently handle materials and perform equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge and be comfortable working outdoors in a dynamic environment. Prior mine experience is preferred but not required. This position offers an opportunity to work in a physically active role with a focus on safety and operational excellence. Responsibilities Operate loaders to move, load, and unload materials accurately and efficiently Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure optimal performance Perform mechanical tasks related to loader operation and minor repairs as needed Work outdoors in various weather conditions, adhering to safety protocols at all times Assist with site cleanup and organization to maintain a safe work environment Follow all safety guidelines and company policies during daily operations Skills Experience in loader operation or similar heavy equipment handling preferred Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on equipment Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to safety procedures and protocols Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team Physical stamina and strength for outdoor, physically demanding work This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in heavy equipment operation with a focus on safety, mechanical aptitude, and outdoor work environments.

Pay:

$18.50 - $21.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 55.0 per week
