Duties Operate a variety of construction machinery including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, cranes, and dump trucks to move materials and prepare sites. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Follow all safety regulations and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to maintain a safe work environment. Assist with site preparation by grading, excavating, lifting heavy loads, and managing material handling equipment efficiently. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance activities for accountability and safety audits. Collaborate with team members to execute construction plans accurately while adhering to project timelines. Skills Proven experience operating heavy construction machinery such as bulldozers (dozers), loaders, excavators, backhoes, and water trucks. Strong knowledge of hydraulics, mechanical systems, and routine equipment maintenance procedures. Ability to interpret technical manuals and safety regulations related to construction machinery operation. Skilled in the use of hand tools and construction site safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations. Valid commercial driver's license Excellent understanding of occupational safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and site hazard mitigation.

Pay:

$19.00 - $30.00 per hour
