Life Insurance Policy Employee Assistance Program Job Responsibilities:

Operate light and compact equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, small rollers, and compactors. Work as a part of a crew to meet project deadlines, following direction from the Foreman. Use a shovel, rake, or other small tools to assist with manual labor when not operating equipment. Adhere to all company safety policies and standards. Perform daily jobsite and equipment cleaning. Maintain accurate timecards. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required. Experience operating a skid loader, various rollers, and other light equipment is required. Reliable transportation to and from work is required. Ability to work overtime including the occasional night or weekend. Some heavy lifting of over 50 pounds is required.
