Job Description

We pride ourselves in providing exceptional snow removal services in and around the Northern Black Hills area. We are seeking a part-time Snow Removal Operator for the 2025/2026 winter season to operate snow removal and maintenance equipment.
Role:
Snow Removal Operator Responsibilities:
Operation of light to heavy equipment to clear parking lots of snow and ice. Perform labor of manually shoveling/clearing sidewalks of ice and snow. Applying ice melt to parking lots, sidewalks etc. Ensure projects are completed to the Aspen Ridge standard. Follows directions from Landscape Foreman. Aware of goals and timelines of the projects. Maintains all tools and equipment on jobsite. Maintains a clean, safe, and professional jobsite. Completes required paperwork and forms. Roles Completes required paperwork and forms. Completes LMN forms daily and enters all project notes/pictures. Completes workforce forms, DOT and equipment checks.
Jobs Skills & Qualifications Required:
Ability to operate a truck with a plow Ability to operate a skid steer with a plow Ability to lift greater than 25 lbs. Detail orientated & team orientated Valid driver's license Ability to be available for snow events and maintain a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and night shift.
Preferred:
Excellent verbal and communication skills Commercial driver's license 1-2 years' experience involving the operation of maintenance equipment including: plow trucks, skid steers with a plow, and general snow removal equipment
