Job Description
This position will operate equipment, including but not limited to airflow and sprayer, for the application of nutrients and crop protection to producer's fields. Assists with customer walk-ins and delivery of products. Perform grain operations like receiving grain, grain placement in correct bins, and loading out grain. Maintain facility, equipment and grounds. Attention to detail and strong sense of ownership in work and equipment used. 1 Full Time and 2 Seasonal Provide outstanding and courteous customer service. Operates machinery to apply fertilizer and chemicals in a accurate manner Precisely blends and apply fertilizer and chemical based on recommendations and label directions Drive tender truck and applicator vehicles as needed Loads and unloads inbound and outbound inventory, grain, fertilizer and chemicals Assist with daily maintenance on mobile equipment, grain legs and fertilizer equipment Requirements Must have a basic understanding of machinery operation and dry material handling Must be self-motivated and able to work as a team member Health card certification.
