This position primarily operates skid steers, backhoes, and other heavy equipment while assisting crews with site preparation, excavation, and material handling. • Safely operate skid steers, backhoes, mini excavators, and similar construction equipment
• Perform excavation, trenching, grading, and backfilling activities
• Load, unload, transport, and stage materials, tools, and equipment
• Conduct equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns
• Follow project plans, safety procedures, and supervisor direction
• Assist electrical construction crews with general construction activities as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What We're Looking For
• Experience operating skid steers, backhoes, excavators, or similar equipment
• Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
• Ability to work effectively as part of a construction team
• Ability to follow jobsite plans, markings, and supervisor direction
• Willingness to assist field crews when equipment operation is not required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
